At Black Diamond Equipment, we stand behind the gear we build; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return new and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Generate and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
