What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your package by logging into your account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
What is your return policy for technical gear?
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and personal protective equipment (PPE) cannot be returned once they have been used or if the original packaging is removed.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Black Diamond Equipment warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, or improper use.
How do I choose the right size for climbing shoes or apparel?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. For climbing shoes, we generally recommend sizing based on your street shoe size for a performance fit, but individual preferences for comfort may vary.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to a wide range of countries globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Can I have my climbing skins trimmed to fit my skis?
Yes, our climbing skins come with a trimming tool and instructions. If you prefer professional assistance, many authorized Black Diamond retailers offer skin-trimming services.
